Orders and Delivery

We aim to process your order within 7 days but please allow 14 days for delivery from the time you place your order . All orders are delivered to your door with An Post and our special carriers. If you are not home to receive your delivery there will be a card posted through your letterbox by the driver instructing you where to pick up your parcel. The parcel will be left at your local An Post office for 14 days and after this time will be sent back to us. When your order arrives please check the parcel’s contents against the delivery note and contact us immediately if you have any queries. You must notify us within 24 hours of any damage to the goods or short shipment of your order. Contact us by phone quoting your customer number and we will deal with your query.

Returns and Replacements

All products are subject to availability and in exceptional circumstances , if a product is unavailable , we may send you a carefully selected substitute of equal or greater value. We reserve to right to discontinue a product from the catalogue at any time. While every care is taken to state the correct size and specifications of all products , slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances. We will repair or replace , subject to certain conditions and stock availability and product , provided that product has been reasonably used. Our products are designed for domestic use only and we are not responsible for any damage if these products are used for commercial purposes. Manufacturers guidelines and instructions should be followed when using all products and we are not liable for any damage or injury caused . If a product is faulty we will replace it within 90 days free of charge .Contact us by phone and we will send you a pre paid An Post label . Affix this label to your return parcel and bring it to your local Post Office .When we receive your product back we will screen it for faults and then issue a replacement .Do not send any faulty products back to us without receiving a Returns Number as we will not be liable for missing goods sent back without an authorised number. If a product is faulty after 90 Days we will repair it at cost to the customer .
